TIM POMP
Partner, GM
Tim Pomp is a seasoned automotive professional with over forty years of experience in the business. He has built a reputation for consistency, knowledge, and the ability to connect with customers in a real and lasting way.
After decades of success in the industry, Tim brought his experience to Car Choice Memphis, where he continues to lead by example. Whether he is helping a first-time buyer or working alongside the team, Tim is focused, thoughtful, and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
He has a passion for high performance vehicles and appreciates the design and engineering behind everything from F1 cars to hypercars. He values precision and purpose, and that shows in both his approach to business and the way he treats people.
Tim is very hands on and enjoys being involved in the daily activity of the dealership. He takes every opportunity to meet customers in person and get involved in deals whenever he can. He believes being present and engaged is what makes the difference in both customer relationships and team success.
Tim is married and credits much of his strength and balance in life to the support of his amazing wife. When he is not spending time with her, he enjoys playing golf and going fishing. Whether they are relaxing together or simply enjoying the little things, Tim values the relationship they have built and the life they share.
Fun fact: Tim is a chihuahua lover and firmly believes there is no such thing as too much ranch on a salad.

BEN STEWART
Sales Manager
Ben Stewart is the Sales Manager at Car Choice Memphis and has been in the car business since 1990. Originally from Arlington, Tennessee, Ben brings decades of experience, strong leadership, and a natural ability to connect with people.
When asked where he has worked, Ben says every dealership, and that is not far from the truth. His wide range of experience has shaped a well rounded, no nonsense approach that customers and coworkers alike respect. At Car Choice, he thrives in the independent dealership environment where he can work more directly with customers and help guide the team with clarity and confidence.
Ben’s favorite vehicle is the BMW 750, a luxury sedan known for its power and comfort. He has an eye for quality and knows how to match people with the right car.
Around the lot, people know to ask for Big Ben. He has built a name for himself through hard work, straight answers, and a calm but confident style that keeps the floor moving and the customers taken care of.
Outside of work, Ben loves playing golf and keeping things simple. He brings a relaxed mindset and a positive attitude to everything he does.

CHRIS BLAYLOCK
Sales Professional
Chris Blaylock is not just a salesman. He’s part of a lineage, a legacy woven into the fabric of Memphis automotive history. His story begins not with a handshake or a deal, but with a seven-year-old boy standing in his grandfather’s showroom, eyes wide and heart racing, selling his very first car. That grandfather was Bud Davis of Bud Davis Cadillac. That showroom was legendary. That boy never looked back.
With over 25 years of experience, Chris carries forward not just the Davis name but the values of doing things right. He believes in treating people fairly, patiently, and professionally. At Car Choice Memphis, Chris brings a deep well of knowledge, shaped by years at Bud Davis Cadillac and strengthened by his commitment to helping customers achieve more than just transportation. He helps them accomplish goals, find security, and drive away with confidence.
His approach is not about sales. It’s about connection. People don’t just remember the car. They remember how Chris made them feel. Heard. Respected. Taken care of.
When he’s not at the dealership, Chris lives with movement and purpose. He plays golf, bikes, works out, goes fishing, hunts, surfs, skis, and spends time with his dog. His dream car is the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a Hemi. Rugged, strong, and reliable. Just like him.

BUTCH GLENN
Broker, Sales Professional
Butch Glenn is a Sales Broker at Car Choice Memphis with more than three decades of experience in the car business. Originally from Osceola, Iowa, Butch has spent the last 34 years helping people find the right vehicles with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.
Over the years, he has worked at several respected dealerships, including Dobb’s Honda, Performance Toyota, Homer Skelton Hyundai, and City Auto Sales. His experience runs deep, and so does his passion for delivering a high level of service to every customer he meets.
Butch takes pride in the quality of vehicles at Car Choice and values the strong team of professionals he works alongside. For him, being surrounded by good people and great inventory makes all the difference in creating a meaningful customer experience.
His dream vehicle is the Ford F-150 Raptor, a truck that reflects his appreciation for both performance and practicality.
Outside of work, Butch enjoys spending time with his wife and their six grandchildren. He is active in his church and finds joy in serving others, both in and out of the dealership. Whether he is helping a customer or volunteering his time, Butch shows up with gratitude and a servant’s heart.

MICHAEL ADAIR
Broker, Sales Professional
Michael “Mike” Adair is a Broker and Sales professional at Car Choice Memphis with over forty years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, Mike has held leadership roles at several respected dealerships including City Auto, where he worked as a broker, Homer Skelton Hyundai as a partner and owner, and Performance Toyota where he served as a general manager. His experience spans every corner of the business, from front-line sales to high-level operations.
Mike is known for his calm presence, professionalism, and commitment to doing right by his customers and coworkers. He appreciates the positive environment at Car Choice and enjoys being part of a team that values integrity and strong relationships.
Originally from Iowa, Mike brings a grounded, straightforward approach to everything he does. He does not have a favorite car, but he knows how to recognize quality and understands what makes a car valuable to the person buying it.
Outside of the dealership, Mike stays active in his church and enjoys traveling. He believes in treating every customer like family and puts a strong focus on creating a comfortable, respectful experience from the first interaction.
Fun fact: Mike was once the youngest county commissioner in the entire state of Iowa, a role that speaks to his lifelong dedication to leadership and service.

SEBASTIAN SMITH

Sebastian Andre Smith is more than a salesman. He is a guide, a connector, and a professional who has built his name in the Memphis car business over the last 25 years. Raised in the city he now serves, Sebastian’s approach is rooted in honesty, consistency, and a hands-on commitment to each client’s journey.
Before joining Car Choice Memphis, Sebastian developed his skills at Auto Brokers of Memphis and City Auto. His reputation was built on being direct, respectful, and focused on creating a smooth experience from the first handshake to the final key turn.
He takes pride in being involved in every part of the sales process. For Sebastian, it is not just about handing over a car. It is about making sure each customer feels confident, informed, and taken care of. Trust is at the core of every deal he makes.
Away from the dealership, Sebastian is a sports fanatic. He enjoys the energy of the game no matter who is playing or what the sport is. He also brings a great sense of humor to work and enjoys telling jokes whenever the moment allows.

IAN WALLENBORN
Assistant GM
Ian Wallenborn is the Assistant General Manager at Car Choice Memphis, where he brings together creativity, speed, and attention to detail to keep the dealership running smoothly and looking sharp online. Born and raised in Memphis, Ian got his start in the car business at Mt. Moriah Auto Sales, working alongside Tim Pomp. In late 2024, he helped launch Car Choice, bringing the same energy, high standards, and hands-on leadership to the new venture.
Ian oversees a wide range of operations, from internet sales and vehicle photography to digital marketing, inventory management, and day-to-day lot operations. His photography stands out in the industry – he treats each car like a subject worth capturing, with the goal of making every vehicle look as clean, unique, and appealing as it is in person.
As a leader at Car Choice, Ian thrives on the responsibility that comes with helping to run a growing business. He enjoys the freedom to make quick decisions, the trust of ownership, and the chance to combine hard work with creativity without being micromanaged.
He doesn’t have a single favorite car but is drawn to vehicles that are unique, well-maintained, or just plain fun – especially Corvettes, Teslas, Range Rovers, and anything fast or thoughtfully cared for.
Outside of work, Ian keeps busy with projects like wedding photography, car detailing, home theater installs, and making art. He enjoys traveling when possible, but most of his energy goes into growing Car Choice and keeping the dealership sharp.
Customers can expect someone who is honest, efficient, and straight to the point. Ian brings a unique sense of humor, a sharp eye for detail, and real follow-through to every task he takes on.

SELENA COLLINS
Administration
Selena Collins is part of the administration team at Car Choice Memphis, where she brings warmth, positivity, and attention to detail to everything she does. Born and raised in Memphis, Selena joined the team in 2024 after working in healthcare with Turning Point Home Health. Though she is new to the car business, she has quickly become a valuable part of the daily operations.
Selena is known around the dealership for her bright smile and uplifting energy. She is the kind of person who makes the room lighter just by walking in. Whether she is managing paperwork, helping with customer support, or keeping the team organized, Selena approaches every task with care and a positive attitude.
What she enjoys most about working at Car Choice is the teamwork. She appreciates being surrounded by coworkers who are supportive and willing to help each other out whenever needed. That sense of unity and respect motivates her to give her best every day.
Outside of work, Selena enjoys painting, reading, swimming, and listening to music. She loves creative expression and quiet time, but also enjoys a good laugh and fun conversations. Her favorite type of car is the 2025 BMW X6, a sleek and modern SUV that matches her strong but easygoing personality.
Customers and coworkers alike can expect to feel welcomed around Selena. She is honest, approachable, and always smiling. She believes in treating people with kindness and making every interaction feel genuine.
Fun fact: crawfish is her favorite seafood, and she never turns it down when it’s on the table.

BECCA SUTTON
Office Manager
Becca Sutton is the Office Manager at Car Choice Memphis, where she keeps things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from Bay, Arkansas, Becca joined the team in 2018, and Car Choice is her first experience in the car business. Since then, she has become a key part of the daily operation, known for her reliability, honesty, and helpful attitude.
What Becca enjoys most about working at Car Choice is being able to help customers through the approval process. She takes pride in being part of the team that helps people get into a vehicle they love and can afford, and she works hard to make sure the paperwork and communication are handled the right way.
Becca has been married for over twenty years, and that same sense of loyalty and commitment carries into her work. She shows up every day ready to support her team, help customers, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her animals, crafting, and gaming. She has a creative side and a playful personality that adds a little extra energy to the office.
Her favorite type of vehicle is a Range Rover, and she has a sharp eye for cars that are both stylish and functional.
